Went to Skye to say hello to friends stopping off there on their holiday and combined this with a couple of short walks.
Been past Ramasaig Cliff a couple of times so this was the opportunity for a walk there. A short but slightly boggy approach from a high point of the Ramasaig road soon saw me at the top and absorbed in watching the sunset unfold. Quite dry around the top but boggy again as I descended north to extend the walk.
My original plan had been a walk out to Ollisdal bothy but that is now saved for another day. Spent the night at Neist Point with just the sleeping bag and carry mat. Quite comfortable but eventually got a bit chilly.
Next up was an early morning walk up Waterstein Head.
