As this is still the start of my Munro bagging I opted for the fairly local easier Ben Chonzie.

Set off on foot at 08:00 up past the dam. Weather was dry not too windy and clear.

The fairly boring path ascended and didn't really give many views but needs must.

When on to the climb beyond the path the cloud started to close in and left very little view.

Stopped at the shelter at the top for a hot drink before setting off down the hill.

I saw a few of the areas mountain hares but very little else until half way down I started meeting quite a few walkers on their way up.

Nothing too strenuous but a decent work out.
