Hello all,
my second report is devoted to the marvelous snow landscape around Loch an Eilein. I think it lasted only this one day so I was very lucky to be there!

Photos say more than words so I give you the photos! :)

Cairn Gorm

I just got the bus at the foot of Loch Morlich and went up Cairn Gorm with the funicular. Luckily I had a voucher which allowed me to go up and come back for just 1 quid. I've always ascended Cairn Gorm by foot before, so it was weird to get up there so quickly. The views were just amazing and it felt like -16°C on the viewing terrace ;)

Cheers you three :) Snow and ice are wonderful in this area but I really like it in summer or autumn too! I don't like these short winter days, can't walk long distances :(
