We decided to have a shorter day and went to climb a Corbett in glen Roy. Drove to near Brae Roy Lodge and parked at bridge over river. Walked South to start and then turned East up spur to summit of Carn Bhrunachain 723m and then continued SE to summit of Carn Dearg 834m. Spent 1 hr 30min on the summit. Warm and sunny with excellent views particularly towards Creag Meagaidh and the ‘Window’. Eventually we walked down through Coire na Reinich and back to the car. Terrain was all steep walking
Weather: Excellent Warm with a gentle breeze
Party: RL, SD, JR
GPS: Trip: 7.77 km, MT: 2:47, ST: 2:47, MA: 2.kph, OA:1.9kph, TA:618m, ME: 844m
