Solo from Braemar campsite - 0630 to 0900 (2.5h), Lorna and Ewan in campervan.
direct route over clunie water via green bridge and up track past tomintoul lodge to green 4 finger post, only 15 mins.
Decent path in trainers with umbrella walking pole! to mast (1h) and carry on for pedro circuit via quality track to glen and tar yomp back along old military road thro golf course back to campsite. Weather decent, cool but some views and only limited clag. Ground frozen up top but minimal snow, only few patches but lot snow on higher ground.
