An early start booted and suited 0750hrs a nice clear morning frost on the ground braw as per walkhighlands a quick walk up the forestry track and out onto the open moor there is a faint atv track which takes you over the first rise then make your own way over to the fenceposts then up to Beinn Dearg then the wind hit a shock to the system all round views no hanging about was going to have a wee dander but headed back down looking at the snow storms coming over Rannoch got back down to Innerwick about 1130 and had a piece and a brew .Stopped off at fortingale to lok at the yew tree and a pint in the ewe Grand
