that looked a great day out - good idea to head in from the north to add on hills not normally included - cheers :)

I would thoroughly recommend this route. The initial climb up Capilus Hill is a bit of a slog, but once you reach the fence leading to Erie its very straightforward. Navigation is easy too as you just keep following the fence/wall all the way round.

Thanks RH, it was a good day that was over too quickly!

My main targets of the day were Erie, Garelet and Cape (having previously climbed Hart Fell in the traditional Blackhope circuit) and Hart Fell provided a perfect route off Cape Law with a circular loop back to Fruid.
