Creag Mhor unusual descent and the Gaurdians of Heasgarnish

Had these 2 down as my last in the Mamlorn area ,the weather looked perfect when
I arrived at the parking area at 7am not a cloud in the sky ,
so it was dogs a light feed and got ready myself I had decided to walk all the way alongside
the river Lochay instead of the usual route but halfway along a herd of MAD cows
tried to attack the dogs and they were on their leads just aswell only way out was to run through
the river head up the other side till I was able to climb a fence and escape the nutters
they really did mean harm to the dogs and probably myself
them headed uphill to join in with the normal route ,but continued past the descent up over
Sron nan Eun and cut up through Coire Cheataich and then turned up to the base of Creag Mhor

Now after the clear blue skies to start with the clag came down on the tops
and it also started to cloud over all around
The descent in itself was easy enough give the angle I made going up the Coire

By the time I got to the summit the clag had started to clear so I at least had some views
also from the summit I was able to plan a route through the peat hags to bypass all the bad parts
Aslo I decided to make ma descent straight from the summit over the east side of Creag Mhor
a bit more interesting way to do it than the normal way plus I would be able to get my pass through the hags
by keeping an eye where I was heading to ive marked the descent path in the next pic in red

Once over through the hags I took the usual path to ascend Beinn Heasgarnish

A curious resident

The descent was easy going here also the shoulder leading up is not to steep
so I was soon up over Sron tairbh and a nice walk along to the summit

Again I had a good look from the summit to try and pick a route through
the Guardians of Heasgarnish AKA the peat Hags
took a bearing directly east from the summit and flowed on that and down along the
Allt Tarsainn for a bit then over towards Lochan Learg nan Lunn
Heading down to the Lochan there is a newish deer fence but just followed it south
for about 200m and then over past the Lochan and onto the road

These hills always seem to get a bad write up but not from me I enjoyed it except
for the episode with the MAD coos of Mhor
Just the slog back along the tarmac and back to the car great to be out again
