Many thanks for your patience in towing us back Andy :D
The main 90hp outboard started smoking and cut out and then the smaller auxilliary outboard snapped the attachment point on the transom would you believe.Couldn`t thank you all in person on the return as I was a bit seasick with the sideways motion of the good ship Glorious
Did have a quick word with Leon next to me and it transpired we had met about 33 years ago in Shenaval one night and wandered around the Fisherfield hills together :)
I think that the lump of granite you photographed may well have partly responsible for slowing the return journey as I had carried it back to the rib. That one,or one verysimilar,is now installed in my garden stream :D
Alex.

Very informative, great birdlife shots and nice stitching! Tried to go last summer but just couldn't get a place on a boat. I wonder if there are any other cliff top walking possibilities to be had west or north of the summit.

Thanks. Probably not much walking possibilities to west or north.

I really enjoyed that, thanks for posting mountainsofscotland, most informative, I don't fancy the boat journey though :(
