A fantastic weekend in Gairloch with MR and although everything went to plan (almost, I hadn’t planned on the bus breaking down!) I shall not be volunteering again anytime soon to organise another trip…way too stressful at my time of life.
The views from the hostel across the flat calm loch were to die for, the selection of walks well received (Beinn an Eoin, Flowedale Falls, Poca Buidhe, and Loch Kernsary), lovely supper in The Old Inn and the ideal weather for walking and just sitting enjoying the sun and views of magnificent Slioch, oh and it was good to on the winning quiz team for a change!
Therapy of the highest order!
