Another hot and humid day starting fairly late (1000?) for some reason. Didn't bring enough water and running low by descent from Ben Vane. Eventually found some on ascent to Beinn Ime. Lots of sheep though.

Long walk in. Bit of a scramble up to Ben Vane requiring all fours, potentially tricky in winter. Otherwise, straightforward. Seemingly pathless between Ben Vane and Beinn Ime. Lots of ascent and descent.

Quite busy at start of day but most people seemed to be doing the round clockwise as opposed to counter as I did, so numbers quickly dwindled.

No shelter from blazing sun and zero wind but thankfully midges absent.

Reached Beinn Narnain by approx 1730, cooling down so very pleasant. No one on summit. Views in all directions amazing, esp to south.

Very pleasant grassy descent in the cooler evening. Back at car for 1900-1930.
