Just a short note to say thank you to the two lovely folks who were going a heck of a pace ahead of us and heading onto An Socach to finish a round of four for the day, showed us a lovely route across from Carn an Righ to BIM and clapped the boy to his third top. Also to Andrew from Edinburgh who took his bike up most of the hill and shared a bit of his cheese and mustard sandwich with our dogs !
We were aiming to do the two and look at the weather/time etc before deciding on BIM. Just under three hours to the second top and weather still good although clouds to the West. Off we went following the couple from Perthshire. To be completely honest, the walk up Glas T on the track makes it super easy and super fast (and we are usually pretty quick). Hills are lovely in that area, views were cracking and many thanks to a couple of other posters who make it clear that the three is well doable on one trip. We seemed to do it fairly low on km so maybe due to taking direct routes where possible (see walk data). Have attached the gpx for anyone else that might be interested.
100 munros now within reach :o

PS paying the £2.50 well worth it !

It was our pleasure, Scot! Nice to meet you and your walking buddy (and dogs). My walking partner did 119 miles on a Tour de France section two days previously, so she's pretty fit! We do go at a bit of a lick...

Just for your interest, the ascent of An Socach from the bottom of Beinn Iutharn Mor is brutal. Steep, with deep heather. You were wise to leave if for another day. Despite our fitness we were both blowing by the time we got to the summit!
