Booted at suited and off 0715hrs Me and the two dogs No wind but the cloud down low . This was to be done as per WH depending on the map reading !. Got onto the track then got chased by a herd of coos Pip flung over the fence jake leaped and I done a no bad para roll stayed in the field untill we got to the cattle grid then plain sailing down to shinagag .
Followed the faint path through the field and onto a hard track till we got to Meall Breac then a change of plan cut straight over the glen to creag chlacharnach a wee bit of bog hopping and stream jumping no probs. there is a path which takes you up to Creag nan Gothar then onto Vuirich the path disappears for a while with a few bogs in the way but you are soon on the top of Vuirich keep to the left then you get to the trig point and a good shelter. time 3.5hrs.
Stopped for a brew then the rain started stayed on for an hour and a half Drookit. The route you take back due west over Stac nam Bodach then onto the path then back to the car park and a can of coors and not a soul seen all day finnish 1445hrs .
