I know what you mean Simon; some of the Corbetts around there - Fuar Tholl, An Ruadh-stac, Beinn Damh, - are more impressive than the Munros!
Will it be the Corbetts next for you I wonder?

You've got some cracking photies there
I can never get over how big everything is in that area...makes you feel so small. And lucky!
Thanks Jaxter
Yes the whole Torridon area is just fantastic isn't it? You're right about it making you feel small! Definitely worth saving these ones for good weather. It was a shame the clag never really lifted off Liathach etc that day

We climbed Sgorr Ruadh by accident once... We set off to do Fuar Tholl in winter conditions, but the cloud was low, we missed the turn off for the Corbett and somehow wandered to the summit of Ruadh
Thanks BP
I just love the idea of climbing Sgorr Ruadh by accident
I'd really like to visit these hills in winter.
Fuar Tholl looks a very worthy objective in its own right - makes me wish we'd tagged it on to our round actually
