Distance: 10.4 km

Ascent: 550m

Start from Vane Farm and finish at Rifle range. New track from the farm looks almost finished. Later walk from north to Dumglow and wonder what the shackle at an anchor point near summit was for - barrage balloon perhaps? Walk back through forest with aid of Google Earth aerial views.
