Distance: 7.9 km

Ascent: 575m

Park at end of public road beside Manor Water for Black Law and in forestry car park for Cadmuir Hill. It appears all the recent felling has left the exiting paths relatively untouched though one track up the felled area is now an obstacle course over about a dozen tree trunks.
