Parked at dalrigh and set off at 0740. Over the river and over the railway and then I was looking for a crossover point.
The cairn at the side of track further on helped make my mind up. Leading down to allt gleann auchreoch I could see the bridge. It was in a bad way but it was still fairly easy to get across.- thankfully.
From then on it was a case of heading SW through the trees and picking up the odd path here and there. Ended up crossing again at a wee waterfall where a half decent path leading almost up to the ridge is.
Mist was down again but I did pick up a small cairn which I told myself to remember. Headed east on a path up to the summit/shelter on beinn dubcraigh.
Didn't stay too long as there was nothing to see.
Coffee, a roll and ciggy time.
Back down to the wee cairn where another path led off past the lochans and down and round where loch oss was visible, just about.
To the lad from Stirling I met at this point. Cheers for the company and natter in the ascent up to Ben oss and on the descent we took .
Headed up at the cairn here and a couple of pics then back to the wee cairn.
Didn't fancy the boggy route back or through the trees again, so we went down hill northwards at this point just past the corre- taking it carefully and headed for coronish farm almost.
Great views up to the goldmine and ben lui was stunning.
Got to the river coronish where there is a good footbridge across it.
Onto the gravel track now and a nice stroll back to the car park for us, where we parted company at the campsite.
Cap doffed to Beinn dubcraigh and ben oss
Cheers
