Route description: Fisherfield 6, from Shenavall

Munros included on this walk: A' Mhaighdean, Beinn Tarsuinn, Mullach Coire Mhic Fhearchair, Ruadh Stac Mòr, Sgùrr Bàn

Corbetts included on this walk: Beinn a' Chlaidheimh

Had two attempts at this. First was in May 1993 but we ran into severe weather which caused the river to rise too high to be crossed across from Shenavall so we had to go upstream a few miles before we could cross but, even then, it proved to be quite hazardous. We managed to do Sgurr Ban and Beinn a'Chlaidheimh.

So we returned in 1994. It was a brilliant couple of days out camping wild.

Both trips were with Iain MacDonald and Kevin Dewar.

I see "Beinn a Chlaidheimh was demoted from Munro to Corbett status in 2012". Bugger!
