Two videos, one with my new camera the Garmin Virb Ultra 30 and one with the Gopro Hero 4 Silver
One has more of the scrambling in it :D

We were going to go for the Graham as well, that's why the gpx track heads up to Lochan Fhada, but we decided against it.

Interesting, tell us more!

Looked to be grade 1/2 at the crux? Also looked to be an approach path, or was that sheep track?

There is a track till you start peeling off up the hill, and it was quite good going after that.
As for the scrambling, you can make the ridge a walk (steep) or as hard or easy a scramble as you want 8) you can just pick your own route up. And the narrow ridges are fairly easy too, plenty hand holds etc and makes a great alternative route to the summit away from the normal route up.

We also went to Slioch summit area from this side some time ago. I guess that our route must have been further left of your route. I recall the start was good bit harder than the scrambling ridge that took us to the higher ground.
The walk-in to this area is lengthy but you are well rewarded with what follows. Always a pleasure to be walking in this part of the highlands.

We did cut across the hill earlier, so probably missed the hard part :? I'm sure the book says it's a difficult start?
I must read it again

great video scoob999 and reminded me of going the same way (with the harder start to the left that gaffr mentioned) in winter conditions a few years ago. Such a beautiful place, thanks for putting this up. cheers Dave

Hi, this looks a great day! Really enjoyed the videos. I'm researching this route for a trip at Easter. I've read that there is a scramble Grade II or III approach to this ridge, but noticed that you did not ascend from the far western end of the ridge. Does this route avoid those dificulties at the start? Thanks in advance, Rich
