-1 at the start so a food bit "warmer" than yesterday morning.

Another beautiful morning but today there were patches of freezing fog at the start, beyond Mill Dam and again approaching Loch Ordie.

The track was a bit icier than yesterday so a combination of underfoot conditions and walking for a second consecutive day meant my timings were a lot slower than yesterday.

Stuck the earpieces in for the return which was fine until I put my head down to climb an upslope then when I glanced up there were two Range Rovers waiting for me to get to the side of the track before I walked straight in to them.

Quite quiet for a Saturday and good to get out again but fitness and timings wise it was pretty rubbish.
