The weather could not have been more beautiful as we set off to do our 3rd Arrochar Alp , we were undecided on whether to do Vane or Vorlich so we made our way there and pondered as we drove through the the wonderfully clear Lomond valley .
When we started to make our way up the tarmac road that makes it way between the two, the vanity of Vane shone through in the glorious sunlight .So off we went for a pretty uneventful but stunning climb that would make up for the the 2 previous Alps in which we had zero visibility .The views all the way up were fantastic (see pics) and it took us about 3 hours to get to the top only because we were taking in the panorama .We were back down and home in time for tea our minds buzzing with the sights and sounds of a wonderful day in The Arrochar Alps . Next time the Vorlich ball buster .
