Route description: Blackhope Scar and the Moorfoots

1045 - 1600 (5.25hrs)
solo outing as RCCC coaching cancelled, campervan left home 9.20am.
left moorfoot 1045, tok track up by river esk, bypassed the kips and took track to bealach.
1st summit 1230, usual fence posts to follow - peat hags ahoy, easy descent to bealach and bowbeat windfarm and welcome track to follow - highest turbine beside 2nd summit, 1330, 3rd 1445, descent to Glen by drystane dyke.
lots grouse about and had blether with young keeper on agrocat between 2nd 3rd top after wind farm.
Weather good, cool, breezy with blue skies + clouds - no rain at all.
over forth bridge by 5pm so no traffic issues - excellent wee outing.
