Clockwise round trip from quarry entrance on B867 visiting Stair Bridge en route. Path really good condition up to the stairway at about 350m then sections of churned up peaty ground and slippery mud predominate until near the station. A fine day with some sun and one short minor shower at the top. Plenty of other walkers - and a pair of bikes on the route.
