Missed this lovely report. Stunning images, what a great day out.

I still remember how good the views were from this one, think it was about '95 I did it. One of my favourite all time hills. We did it the other way round, up through the crazy forest...where I picked up my first ever tick!

The top is like being on the roof of paradise.

Brilliant report. I loved that hill, not at the time right enough. I climbed it in the dark which somehow masked the worst of the steepness. Still the worst descent path of any hill I've climbed, the beautiful sunrise will never erase that descent from the memory :lol:
