Camped at Kings House with Kenneth and Lori, slept poorly. Didn't start walking until 9.40am! Set out to do Ben Starav 3 but after noon by the time we made the bealach by Glas Bhein Mor. Plan B, instead Lori was slow and had got her feet wet. I was tired and low on energy, very boggy walking in.

SCaA was a good hill, and looks great over Loch Tulla. Meall nan Eun was less interesting but the rounded hill of the birds lived up to its name with Golden Plovers and Snow Buntings. Wouldn't want to make the descents from either of these hills in poor visibility.

Lori was wiped out for days after with her morning sickness aggravated by the big walk.
