I wrote to the O/S and suggested they should put the Druimavuic track on the Lanranger maps (after all, it is HUGE) and today got a letter back. So some time after we have hung up our boots for good, it may appear.
"I am writing to inform you of the outcome of the investigation into adding a path running roughly east from Druimavuic toward Beinn Mheadhonach onto our 1:50 000 scale (Landranger) mapping.
Our technical team have looked into this and would like to thank you for raising this with us. They report that after consultation they agree that this should be added to the mapping, so this has now been logged to be added, and will appear in this product when it is next published. (There is no planned revision date for this area at present, but I can assure you that as and when new editions of Landranger 50 are produced, this change will appear on them.)
I trust that this is satisfactory, and thank you again for taking the time to bring this to our attention."
