Alarm just before midnight after a short 1.5 hours sleep we met with my friend Mark at 01:00 am and started our night journey to the North...arrived in Torridon shortly after 05:00 am

Nice one Petr. As regards the music, I don't know about the Bad and the Ugly, but this is certainly the Good and Big Country!

I notice from the movie that the rain didn't affect visibility much, which is good: anywhere is pretty good if it's a viewing point for Liathach and Beinn Eighe :) .

These are on my possibles list for this year, with possibly one or two others tagged on. Unfortunately Torridon is a 10 hour drive (in good traffic conditions) :-(.

We expected the rain coming by the weather forecast and we hoped that the visibility will stay as the forecast showed for the part of the day despite the rain-showers ( it was the important factor for us when we decided for Torridon as the forecasted rain affected the visibility in the other areas ) ...luckily it was like that and the clouds closed the tops when we walked back to the car park.......lucky and grateful :D
Long, long driving for you so the forecast ( and the trust ) is even more important factor in your case...but at least you have the possibility to use weekends or more days together for your trips :wink:

I've been there just 2,5 weeks ago and the hills looks quite different with "normal" scottish weather. But as AlteKnacker Said, you had good views which is remarkable given the rain and mist. Great video btw. Thanks.
