Wanted to do a Munro that wasn't too challenging as I was full of cold and had a good path that wouldn't be too boggy after the recent rain. With a poor weather forecast across the whole country, but MWIS saying cloud might clear on the Northern Cairngorms. Bynack More ticked all the boxes with a small hope of a clear summit.
It turned out to be the right choice as it was cloud free with most of the surrounding hills shrouded in cloud, I did find it a little harder than I normally would of due to my man flu, but all in all, an enjoyable walk.
