Headed past Edzell, Gannochy Bridge closed 7am to 6pm for five weeks.

This entails quite a big detour, back to A90, go up two more exits and get off at Edzell Woods and drive straight on until a t-junction then turn left and immediate right pretty much back at Gannochy Bridge !
And on way back to A90 there are roadworks so you have to turn North, not great if you want to get back to Edinburgh.

Can recommend the Glen Esk visitor centre/cafe, good service, good food, good prices !

PS fast time as biked about 5km in, track pretty rough in places though, not for road bikes
