Spent all morning finding replacement seats for the van, so this was a 'quick nip' up one hill then another. Caught in a cloud burst on the way up Benarty so we sheltered under the trees for a while; came back down via mountain bike tracks, having taken an off-track route up Sun came out at the top - warm today!
On to Dumglow, we were aiming for the parking spot Rod had used... only there was a tractor turning in there, blocking it completely. So we started along the road a bit instead and found a different line up - taking a wide swing to miss the trees, but a more direct line back down. We even found the track in the trees once we'd done a bit of bush whacking and sliding over wet rocks
