Well due to holidays this was the first trip in about 8 weeks so was definately looking forward to it.

It was the first time I drove Frasers car which was pretty cool, quite enjoyed that.

Anyway, we got to the Ben Lawers car park and headed off. Plenty midges about but we had wipes, spray and a net over our heads so didn't matter.

After 1 hour and a half of walking (fairly basic, nothing too fancy) we were at the summit of Mean Nan Tarmachan. There was no view which made walking the ridge fairly pointless but we did it anyway as we had the day booked.

Walked the ridge, fairly easy as there was a good path most of the way although we did get sidetracked up another hill but managed to get back onto the main path without going too far.

We got back to the car and headed home.

Summary - Decent to get back to it but nothing special of a hill. Good one for beginngers as doesn't take long to the top.
