Day off work so parked at Overtoun House, went through gate and follow the path up to the next gate. The area is now managed by the Woodland Trust and there is a pyramid sculpture and other structures that kids can play on.
We followed the lower path up to the next deer gate. there are great view of the Lang Craigs.

We headed through the gate and past the Black Linn Reservoir and continue through another gate and headed up towards the summit of Doughnut Hill. It was a lovely sunny and clear day and we had great views of Ben Lomond and Loch Lomond.

We headed back down past the Black Linn but returned to the car park via the high route, which gives good views of the Clyde, Dumbarton and the surrounding hills.

Walked with Hammy.
