Walk follows a well defined path for first part, keeping to edge of ridge. The first high point is avoided, heading across the slope on sheep track aiming for the start of the main hill beyond the first high point.

The top of the traverse across the slope. The path goes along bottom of the bank and then cuts up onto the main slope.

Continue up the slope along the edge of the ridge to the next top. The highest point is further along and from here the Trotternish Ridge walk continues down and on to Beinn Edra further south.

Return by same route you came up.
