Set off mid-afternoon and had to be down by 6.30 so no hanging around!

Parked at Dam and yomped up track to Loch Uaine...set off West across the heather the take a direct route up towards summit picking up sheep tracks at various points...

No hanging around at summit as wind was up and time was short! Dropped down NE ridge to pick up track back - yomped to car!

Looks like some nice autumn colours there :) . Can't even remember climbing this (done as a child) so need to get back up - probably in winter :) .

Hi Leithy.....was a pretty uneventful walk in but by all accounts the route in from the Dam offers a bit more of a challenge than the more usual tourist route up from the other side - certainly worth going off track a bit somewhere around Loch Uaine and picking a route up yourself to make things more interesting!

Autumn is definitely here....loads of rutting stags roaring away and mountain hares everywhere - glimpses of blue sky during moments of the cloud lifting help too!

Not the most challenging of hills but a decent afternoon all the same....
