Usual 6am start and noticeably cool as I set off from Cally Car Park.

Slow day today, 35 mins to Mill Dam, 58 mins to Raor Lodge and 1hr 32 mins to the bridge at the far end of Loch Ordie.

No records will be set today but I want to be under 3hrs so I tried to push on on the way back. Scraped home in 1hr 27 mins giving me a total time of 2hrs 59 mins and an average moving pace of 3.9mph.
