Only 1 walk this break between shifts. I wanted to be out on Sunday as well but I knew on Saturday night that the legs would struggle so settled for watching the football.

Usual 6am start, it's nearly dark at this time in the morning now - I need to check the batteries for my head torch as I can see myself using it soon.

A nice morning although I know in open ground the wind will be a bit stronger.

Reached Mill Dam in 33:20 and Raor Lodge in 55:40 (both good times). As has happened a few times over the last week I lost pace somewhere on the way to the far end of Loch Ordie but my time of 1:29 was still fast (for me). Continued on to the bridge a bit further north where I stopped for a couple of minutes before heading back towards Loch Ordie.

I managed to keep a good pace going all the way back to the car and a time of 3:14 was achieved at an average walking pace of 4mph which is good.
