John and I - 11.00 to 2.15
day 3 Lads Week before heading to Hampden for WC qualifier Vs Malta (2-0 win)
quick smash and grab up Glen Roy, clag in from 600m.
Very steep direct ascent, left side of Corrie, OBChairy moment where rock releases...
Clag in fully on flat summit. nice wee circuit and descended into quarry bowl via stalkers path for easier grassy descent on ridge by stream.
Just make it to Hampden in time with Mark/Jerry to met Paul. On return drop Mark off in Falkirk and Jerry and I back for 1.30am.
