Brian, Mick and I started at Derrydaroch. Brian twisted his knee on the way up Chabhair but wanted to continue. Walking at an angle across the slopes of stob glas killed our feet, taking a long time to get to the 1st summit after going off route. Brians knee got worse on the descent but e still kept goin back up into the col between the other 2. Got through Chroin without much mishap but on the descent from An Caisteal the knee gave up and we ended up unprepared in the dark, 2 torches between 3. An adventure and a lesson to be learned.
