Not much to add to others' reports
Great day great views all the way until about 200 m before the summit. Then a bit of drizzle came and the mist stayed over the summit.
Wasn't hanging around to wait for it to clear as I'd had good views all the ways up; brothers and sisters, back over my shoulder to the SGS ridge and the view of the way I'd come over Am Bathach.
One thing I will say.
I'd recommend going over Am Bathach 1st then up to Ciste Dhubh.
That path back was boggy and wet today and I wouldnt like to do it twice in a day.

Ps - that summit cairn is close to the edge - take care if you enjoy standing on cairns posing for pics :D

Pps - to the folks from falkirk community trust. It looked like your 2 summits stayed covered in cloud all day :(

Cap doffed to Ciste Dhubh.
Cheers

Well done. I did the descent down that ultra boggy path last night in the dark. It was close to soul-destroying.

I'll bet it was. Bad enough in the daylight after however many days rain!

It would be a good walk out in the snow or when dry.

Did you get to Liathach. I saw your other post about it
