For less ambitious walkers with sufficient time,I would suggest splitting the entire coastal circuit into two parts using the flatter central section to divide the route into east and west circuits. With time for wildlife watching and refreshment breaks each half still took us over 6 hours. The north western section was mostly boggy and slow and we were also slowed down navigating across recent landslides on the track along the south eastern coast(hopefully to be cleared soon).Wonderful views from east and west extremities and much more pleasant walking along southern coast.
