If Day One had been a bit wet, Day Two was forecast as a monsoon with high winds.
We didn't have much time anyway so it was a quick dart up Ben Vorlich via Loch Sloy.
The steep path up via Lag Dubh was a mudbath and basically a river after all the recent rain and needed much care (especially in descent).
Thankfully the winds only hit us on the very summit and more precisely walking back from the true summit to the Trig Point.
Character building but one of them days you look back on fondly with hindsight.
He took two pics today both on the way down.
- Weather already terrible on the drive in
- Sloy Dam - pouring down
- Dan enjoying himself
