Failure of Eassian

March 2009 - Another Great day in Fort William area
Steep ascent to first top
Didn't have crampons which made it more difficult than it should have been
Great views from the top of Stob a Choire Mheadhoin towards the Mamores
Even better views to our second Munro Eassian, however, being bitterly cold ( approx minus 15 ), the snow was frozen and we all decided ( except Jelly ) that we will not climb Eassian as none of us had crampons.
We even couldn't make our descent down the bealach without crampons.
Jelly starts his ascent on Eassian
Footprints up Eassian as the weather worsens
Views from the top of Eassian looking back to Mheadhoin
On way down, still great views
Late afternoon - sun starting to set
