Summary:
Not ideal forecast, but enough breaks to warrant a try. Strong winds at least kept snow showers moving and was able to sit out a few on Stob Dearg summit with some shelter from cairn. Poor visibility at Stob na Doire led to taking wrong spur off summit and slow traverse of steep scree to regain correct path. Lesson learnt, take bearings. Good views from Stob na Broige. Straightforward descent down Coire Altruim and fording of burn before gaining good stalker's path back to car. No encounters all day and car park empty. Good day for the time of year.
