It's about fifteen years since I walked this route after sailing past the cliffs on a tiny yacht. It's a superb walk in fine weather with wonderful views of the islands offshore plus sightings of seabirds and seals, as well as sad evidence of the clearances. I'm disturbed to hear of a "vehicle track" at Dibidal. Where does it go to?

Hi Signpostman

Don't worry too much, it's not as bad as you might be imagining!

The 'track' is merely two lines of flattened grass where an all-terrain vehicle has been driven; there hasn't been any construction activity. I think it is just a route shepherds have used.
