hogmanay hillbash - 10.45 to 3.00pm, 3 J's today.
taste perthshire quality breakfast on A9 by Bankfoot, with 10am whisky purchase by JC.
snow from Friday mostly washed away. parked foot of track to Girron farm by bridge.
Sma glen return, camped here with Dad & Marks years ago.
Baltic start and JC slippy start to much hilarity.
Waters in spate but luckily no major crossings to bealach and rucsac dump. twin 30 min summit trips.
sheltered from gales until popped heads up at both summits. Forecast correct as weather improved throughout day, plenty blue sky in afternoon. 1/4 chocolate amaretto panetonne for nicetie break
Dunkeld for coffee stop and home for 5pm and Aberdeen first foots for steakpie
