I went for my first walk in the hills this year as i have had a few funerals to go to one was my older sister and as my wee sister is here from Australia i am going back with her for a month. I took a bus to Nine Mile burn and i walked over Cap Law and down over Kitchen Moss to Bavelaw down thriepmuir Res where i had lunch then i walked along to Harlaw res thenup Maidens Cleugh over Harbour Hill down to Bonaly then along to Swanson then Fairmilehead where i got a bus home I really enjoyed my walk it a lovely sunny day and very frosty it certainly cleared the cobwebs away.It was late by the time i got to Dalkeith so i had my tea in a cafe for a change.
