The Whangie & The Devil's Pulpit

Been to the Whangie a few times, great wee place to take the kids for a picnic on those rare sunny summers days. Fascinating little place for such a short walk. Parking is at the Queen's View Carpark on the A809 Stockiemuir Road.
Here's a few pics from our ventures there...
Also worth a visit out this way is Finnich Glen aka The Devil's Pulpit . It's about two miles by Queen's View towards Drymen on opposite side. Unfortunately, we went on a whim, only armed with mobile phones, around teatime, and light was poor, so not much to show off. Definitely worth a visit to this surreal wee place if you're in the area, though care should be taken if taking the kids, as the drops are vertical and the staircase down is very slippy. We will be visiting in better light armed with a proper camera next time, so hopefully get some decent pics up soon.
Finally got round to revisiting this stunning wee place.....
