I was due to be heading out walking on the Wednesday, but with weather warnings in place for later in the week with the approaching "Beast from the East", late Sunday night I decided to head out the next day. I had been hoping to get my 100th Munro climbed for a while and didn't want to miss out on it again before heading back to work. There was plenty of snow on the relentless slog to the top which was clear until I reached the ridge in white out conditions. It was the coldest conditions I've been out in so far so didn't hang about long at the summit. I made my way back down with frozen eyelashes and eyebrows.
