Cairngorms Wilderness:Glen Ey & Carn Bhac in a beautiful day

I had done the other Munros in the area in 2015, only did not finished Carn Bhac as I was in a hurry to get back home early afternoon that day. Did'nt rush to go for this one as it's probably the most featureless from them.
The weather forecast for sunday was quite good for most of Scotland, but concerning about the visibility factor the area between Blair Atholl and Glenshee - Braemar offered the best and looked very promising
Because of the long initial walk, the distance for featureless and one and only Munro there I set to myself some terms for that day as I wanted enjoy the max. from it:

The Terms:

Not in Summer - everything would be in the same colour...green...and this one hill even more featureless

Not in heavy snow - as it's long walk or at least no snow on the long initial track

Snow on the hills or at least some slopes - the combinations of blue sky, snow and the green/brown bottom makes the nice feature and the beauty...

Good visibility - to enjoy the beauty of the Glen and the hills around



...the day came on sunday 8.4.2018 !


...and I love the feelings of solitude in remoteness

Thank you. I'm using SONY DSC - HX60V which has 30x optical zoom. Not the best camera, I had a better one before, but this one is compromise for my needs - good enough for the zoom and compact size - unhamper on my chest - handy when need to have free hands for scrambling etc.
