after a failed attempt, 6 of us wandered back to the foot of Ben Lomond to give it another go. Fair weather which quickly turned into sleet then heavy snow, the paths had been well walked and were still easy to follow however at the top my knees began to wobble a little and with the Cairn in sight I was delighted to say I had bagged my 3rd Munro.
